guests 8 months a year, the other 4 months we use to travel around.

returns, also because every guest is registered with his personal address and takings for the Hacienda. The annual rate of

returns, all expenses, registered exactly, is 13 %. As the owner you hardly have any costs of living, because all normal

costs as food, housing, electricity, water, car, etc… are included in the expenses of the company and can be put down until

100 %.
In our region you have 310 days of sun in a year, and after the take over of the new owner we keep on living

approx. 3 km away from the Hacienda – no wonder if you have a look at the photo on the right – we don`t want to leave this

marvellous place! So if there raise questions we can be contacted directly by the new owners.
The couple who owns the

Lodge has lived in Chile for more than 15 years and has run the Lodge since 2001. The business is known all over the world.

They now want to sell the hotel project, which include all buildings, the owner Hacienda House and 10 ha (aprox.21 acre) land

of Euro 1.040.000 €.
The owners like to concentrate in future of breeding and training thoroughbred criollo horses. Also

the Hacienda property of approx. 490 ha (ca.1000 acre) is for sale. The value is 440 000 Euro and its based on a certificate

issued by land tax. The buy can rent the property or purchase later in rates paid in 6 years.
